Lead Veterinarian, Los Angeles

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Veterinarian to join our Community Medicine team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of veterinarians and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide medical leadership and guidance to veterinarians and support staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Current California State Veterinary License.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
