- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory compliance, conducting comprehensive federal and multi-state regulatory research and analysis on health insurance matters related to vision services.
- Review and draft bulletins specific to state regulations for effective dissemination and implementation within the organization.
- Conduct both internal and external research, compiling data to create memoranda, correspondence, or tables that clearly outline anticipated changes to existing requirements.
- Utilize research tools to monitor and inform the Compliance team of new laws, regulations, decisions, or guidelines that may affect business operations.
