  • Senior-Level Operations Experience: Extensive senior-level operations experience within the hospitality industry, specifically within full-service/bar segments and brands with strong culinary roots.
  • Brand Experience: Demonstrated track record with relevant, well-regarded boutique and chef-inspired brands, showing both tenure and progression. Director of Operations level candidates with comparable experience will also be considered.
  • P&L Management: In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of P&L management.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills; adept at developing talent and fostering a positive, innovative work environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Local Market Experience: Local experience in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. market is crucial.
