Position Summary

As a Warehouse Parts Specialist, you will be integral to maintaining our reputation for reliability and efficiency in the western United States. Your role will ensure that our parts inventory is managed effectively and reaches our customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Parts Specialist, your duties will include:
  • Receiving, selecting, packing, auditing, and dispatching merchandise to clients.
  • Loading and unloading merchandise with accuracy and care.
  • Verifying orders to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are free from hazards.
  • Adhering to quality control standards set by warehouse management.
  • Managing inventory through stock location orders, printing requests, and documenting material quantities received or dispatched using computerized systems.
  • Assisting with physical inventory counts as required.
  • Preparing parcels for shipment efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
