Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients, providing expert guidance on travel solutions and services.
  • Consult with clients to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Scope and project manage the implementation of travel technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute training programs to educate clients on travel technology and solutions.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on corporate travel.
  • Expert knowledge of GDS systems, including Sabre and Travelport.
  • Experience with travel technology product implementation and integration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
