Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct various tests and assessments on construction materials (e.g., soil, concrete) and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and diagrams to guide inspection activities.
  • Perform detailed observations of site operations and provide limited interpretations of results.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results and site assessments.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a dependable driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.
  • Physical capability to lift, move, and handle weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds frequently; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at different heights.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
  • ACI certification is advantageous.
