About the Role:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

  • Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operations, providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Position requires working on tall structures using a manlift, climbing ladders, and the use of safety harnesses.

About You:

We require a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician who possesses a strong background in industrial maintenance and repair. Key qualifications include:

  • Business/technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of one year's experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure, and technical expertise in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and electronics.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal instructions, as well as the ability to listen and ask questions to understand points made by others.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions, and equipment manuals, with diagnostic problem-solving techniques and detail orientation.
  • Mathematical skills and mechanical abilities to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Demonstrated pattern of positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
