Job Title: Senior Stealth Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stealth Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Survivability Engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies to reduce the detectability of aircraft in various spectrums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced materials and structures to reduce electromagnetic signature
  • Develop and implement computational electromagnetic analysis codes to predict and optimize stealth performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stealth technologies into aircraft design
  • Conduct testing and validation of stealth systems to ensure compliance with requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of related experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application to stealth technology
  • Experience with computational electromagnetic analysis codes and simulation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Northrop Grumman proprietary computational electromagnetic analysis codes or similar tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
