About the Position

SuperCare Health is a leading provider of post-acute care services, and we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Service Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Service Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a strong understanding of medical terminology. Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments and communicating with healthcare providers
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient progress and outcomes
