Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as an Outpatient Nursing Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities in public health clinics, providing high-quality patient care in the clinical environment, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Nursing Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating patient care activities in public health clinics.
  • Providing high-quality patient care in the clinical environment.
  • Authorizing medication refills and completing laboratory and phlebotomy protocols.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in nursing or patient care.
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing or diploma in Nursing from a three-year RN program.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license issued by the California State Board of Registered Nursing.
