Job Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality nursing care as an RN in post-acute care settings
- Collaborating with medical staff to monitor care options and outcomes
- Developing care plans in partnership with residents and healthcare teams
- Setting up and overseeing medical equipment
- Administering appropriate treatments and medications to residents
- Collecting bodily fluids for laboratory analysis
- Discussing optimal care options with residents and their families
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Supervising accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
- Providing training and guidance to nursing and support staff
- Assisting with incident investigations as needed
- Current Missouri state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 4 months of experience in post-acute or inpatient care
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
