Job Summary

The IT Service Desk Analyst plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Arizona Department of Revenue users. This position requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
