Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Trainee to join our team at CVS Health. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist store management in overseeing daily store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge of CVS Health operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
