Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our repair team to ensure timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with the repair team.
- Process payments securely, including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards, while reconciling the cash drawer at the end of each shift and preparing daily deposits with detailed records for accounting purposes.
- Assist with end-of-month financial reconciliation, general office duties such as filing and data entry, and manage office supplies, while supporting other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or automotive repair environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment.
- Experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
