Store-Office Financial Administrator

Assist the store manager in implementing sound accounting decisions that are consistent with Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.
Assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in the areas of office procedures, vendor invoicing, and banking operations.
Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and reporting.
Collaborate with the store manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Stay up-to-date with Town Pump policies and procedures, and ensure compliance in all aspects of the role.
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or other members of the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
