The facility also offers the region's only multi-person hyperbaric chamber, allowing up to nine patients to dive together at one time. Jacobi's Ambulatory Care Pavilion is a stunning complement to its inpatient acute care, allowing staff to provide patients with high-quality service in a modern, state-of-the-art environment.

Under general direction, with latitude for independent initiative and judgement, plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the client navigator environment.

  1. Supervise, plan, coordinate, monitor and train staff.
  2. Troubleshoot problems with clients, traffic flow and computers.
  3. Disseminate information to staff.
  4. Prepare reports, analyze data and recommend changes to enhance client relations and flow of traffic in facility

Requirements

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of full-time customer service experience, including one year of supervisory/administrative experience.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills.
  • Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and/or database software programs.
