Job Title: Site Coordinator

Community Child Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall planning, designing, and development of program content and schedules for Out-of-School and Summer Camp programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program content and schedules that align with Community Child Care Center's mission and vision.
  • Supervise frontline staff and guide the team to ensure all programmatic and administrative requirements are met.
  • Disseminate relevant changes in standards and requirements to the team.
  • Manage and lead personnel, including hiring, training, and directing program staff.
  • Ensure quality programming and research-based curricula.
  • Manage fiscal responsibility for the site, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Conduct and/or assign leadership to provide weekly programmatic staff meetings.
  • Work with affiliated funders, agencies, volunteers, and administrators as necessary to provide resources, assistance, direction, and input as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in education, public administration, or nonprofit management from an accredited college or university.
  • 3 years' experience in nonprofit program management, direct service, and personnel and budget management.
  • 45-hour DCF course and Director Credential preferred (or willingness to obtain credentials within the first year of employment).
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.

Essential Physical Abilities:
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk, run, squat, kneel, sit on floor, see, hear, and speak with children to ensure children's health and safety.
  • Must be able to utilize a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to endure repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger movement while operating office equipment.
  • Requires clarity of vision at close distances while operating a computer.
