Primary Duties:

  • Create detailed project strategies, encompassing schedules, budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Manage and oversee project operations to guarantee adherence to specifications and safety regulations.
  • Perform comprehensive site evaluations and track progress to uphold project timelines.
  • Draft and assess project documentation, including agreements and status updates.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure project achievement.
  • Provide technical assistance and direction to the project team.
  • Track project expenditures and apply cost-reduction strategies when possible.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental standards and company protocols.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the paving sector.
  • Knowledge of local contractors and businesses is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial.
  • Proven capability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
  • Additional certifications in Concrete, SWPPP, and MOT are a plus.
