Practice Overview:
AgeWell Medical Associates is a primary care practice dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care to seniors aged 60 and above. Our team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals work together to deliver personalized care and support to our patients.
The Position:
• Provide ambulatory primary care to older adults (60 and up)
• Develop and implement innovative patient-centered care strategies
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• See 7 to 10 patients per day
• Work with a dedicated medical assistant and one RN who manages transitions of care
• Participate in a shared call schedule with other physicians (minimal calls)
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):
- MD or DO degree from a fully-accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency trained in internal or family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: Base of $250,000
Benefits:
- Compensation and benefits package for a full-time physician
- Opportunity to become a partner in the practice after one year
- Base salary of $250,000 for the first year
- 5 days CME up to $2,500 per year
- PTO 4 weeks
