Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Company: Breakthru Beverage Group
Position Overview
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for directing a team of sales professionals to meet revenue objectives and foster strong customer connections through strategic planning, effective organization, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales professionals to achieve their performance targets
- Design and implement performance improvement strategies for team members
- Collaborate with team members to devise sales tactics
- Build and maintain customer relationships while addressing any concerns
- Oversee supplier interactions and initiatives
- Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Solicitor's Permit
- Familiarity with Wine, Spirits, and Beer products
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, communicate, listen, and utilize hands and fingers for computer and telephone tasks
Competencies
- May supervise junior team members
- Ability to resolve diverse and complex issues
