Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Position Overview

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for directing a team of sales professionals to meet revenue objectives and foster strong customer connections through strategic planning, effective organization, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor sales professionals to achieve their performance targets
  • Design and implement performance improvement strategies for team members
  • Collaborate with team members to devise sales tactics
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while addressing any concerns
  • Oversee supplier interactions and initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a Solicitor's Permit
  • Familiarity with Wine, Spirits, and Beer products

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, communicate, listen, and utilize hands and fingers for computer and telephone tasks

  • May supervise junior team members
  • Ability to resolve diverse and complex issues
