As the Director of Commercial Contracting and Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in executing Aledade's commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in negotiating contracts that align with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate commercial value-based care contracts with health plans, including reading contracts, setting terms, and tracking deliverables.
  2. Track and report on ongoing payer discussions and key contract metrics, such as renewal dates.
  3. Support the VP's efforts to qualify and source market growth and expansion for multi-year risk arrangements.
  4. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and team members within Aledade and at payer partners.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on contract negotiations within value-based care.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Results-oriented with the ability to exercise influence and achieve goals.
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining relationships with senior management.
  • Passion for driving the shift from fee-for-service to value-based care.
