Insurance Account Specialist

Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as a State Farm Insurance Agent Team Member.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market insurance products to customers.
- Competitive hourly pay and commission/bonus structure

- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
- People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment, make presentations to potential customers, and assess customer needs
- Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
