As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors while providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
• Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality
• Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
• Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and quality of product
• Setting up, disconnecting, and operating the automated plasmapheresis machines
• Disconnecting and disposing of all contaminated disposable equipment
