Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Specialist

Position Highlights:
- Inside sales position with leads generated from walk-in inquiries and incoming calls.
- Assists families in making informed funeral selections and participates in services.
- Upholding values of Honesty, Integrity, and Quality in all interactions.
- Top-performing Family Service Counselors have the potential to achieve six-figure earnings.
Compensation Range: $40,000 to $75,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education or a degree is preferred.
- A proven history of success in both inside and outside sales is highly desirable.
- May require obtaining an insurance license as mandated by local regulations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivates professional relationships with client families to ensure their needs are met.
- Represents the organization with professionalism and compassion.
- Conducts tours and assists families visiting cemetery locations.
- Attends services and visitations to build relationships, ensure excellent service, and encourage referrals.
- Completes necessary documentation and ensures compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Develops new leads and community connections.
- Delivers presentations at various venues, including client homes and community events, showcasing services and benefits of pre-need arrangements.
- Maintains effective communication and collaboration with all departments to ensure a seamless service experience for families.
- Actively engages in all required training and development initiatives.
- Reports progress to the Sales Manager as directed.
- Schedules and conducts follow-up appointments to ensure client satisfaction and gather referrals.
- Identifies and addresses any hazards at the location.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
