Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Community Management
  • Professional, Reliable, and Approachable demeanor
  • Excellent customer service abilities to build enduring relationships with Board Members and Homeowners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure communities operate in accordance with governing documents, management agreements, and contracts
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with the Board of Directors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Analyze monthly financial reports and prepare annual budget packages (training will be provided; no need to feel overwhelmed)
  • Follow internal procedures for timely and precise task execution
  • Engage in both virtual and in-person meetings
  • Conduct regular property inspections for evaluations, meetings, and project oversight
  • Manage administrative tasks as necessary
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulations related to community development, providing relevant information and education to the boards

All candidates will be required to complete on-site proficiency assessments as part of the evaluation process. Furthermore, a drug screening and background investigation will be conducted for the selected candidate.
