Job Summary:

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Document Specialist (RN) in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role involves working in a clinical pathway, navigator, or utilization review setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in any of these areas and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide documentation support for clinical pathways and utilization review
  • Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of electronic health records
Requirements:
  • ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona
