Cybersecurity Documentation Specialist

ABCS, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for a variety of audiences, including technical staff, non-technical stakeholders, and end-users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles, as well as experience with graphic design and multimedia development. They will also be proficient in authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or Microsoft Word.
Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a wide range of cybersecurity documentation, including policies and procedures, user manuals, guides, training materials, and incident response plans. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand language and adhere to style guides and templates to ensure consistency and quality.
Additionally, the Technical Writer will collaborate with cybersecurity team members to gather information and ensure technical accuracy, manage documentation review and approval processes, and stay up to date on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends.
