Overview

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for executive leadership and assist with client and family services in a short-term residential setting.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide information to families and referral sources about our services
  • Participate in management team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
  • Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Order and process all necessary supplies for the office, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient environment
  • Handle all outgoing mail and manage the postage account with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with program events, new employee orientation, and marketing materials as assigned
  • Oversee the administration of clinical outcomes process, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Qualifications
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications
  • Ability to develop efficient processes and prioritize work effectively
