About the Role

Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing clinical leadership and direction to our treatment team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions and behavioral consultation services to clients and their families.
  • Collect and review program data to ensure efficient program implementation and make data-driven decisions.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in a human service field and certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care that is tailored to the unique needs of each client.
