The Technical Leadership Manager role is a key position within our Engineering and Analytics team. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring team members to develop, monitor, and maintain complex practices that drive business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet requirements and deliver customer delight.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading engineering teams, including conflict resolution, performance expectations, mentoring, and career guidance
  • Working experience in technical leadership, capable of providing mentorship, cross-functional project execution, collaborating on technical vision and strategy
  • Experience managing, coaching, and providing guidance to junior developers and engineers

Additional qualifications include:

  • 5 years of relevant senior-level engineering experience
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices such as test-driven development, incremental releases, continuous integration, and deployment pipeline automation
  • Experience with microservices design strategies and implementation, cloud migrations, and working in mixed on-prem/cloud environments

We offer a competitive base salary range of $128,381 - $188,292, along with an annual variable bonus of cash and equity between 10-20%. Final compensation will be influenced by factors such as role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education, and certifications.

Candidates residing in San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Los Angeles, and San Diego may be eligible for a premium on top of the posted range based on their specific zone.
