Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of assigned professional staff, providing respiratory therapy to inpatients and outpatients, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the work of assigned professional staff engaged in respiratory care activities
- Provide respiratory therapy to inpatients and outpatients, including ventilator management and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Develop and implement respiratory care plans, including establishing therapy and treatment objectives and reviewing care based on patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage and maintain respiratory care equipment and supplies
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy training program
- Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner with the State of Washington
