Facilities Technician

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance tasks, performing safety inspections, and managing work orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the repair/replacement processes on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, plumbing systems, electrical systems, appliances, and pool control systems
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks to include; grounds care, common areas, trash and recycling, safety inspections, monthly and quarterly inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Assist in maintaining the operating budget for turnovers, R&M, and capex budgeted items
- Report accidents, emergency, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocation or trade school certifications preferred
- Must provide personal hand tools needed for the position
- Valid driver's license
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
