Bradford Health Services, a leading provider of substance use disorder treatment, is seeking an experienced clinical leader to support our expanding outpatient program in South Mississippi.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral sciences, with a Master's degree and relevant licensure. They will also have a proven track record of leadership and supervision, with a minimum of three years of post-graduate experience and two years of supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the overall functions of the outpatient and outreach location, in accordance with corporate policies and objectives. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication between referral sources and the facility, as well as supervising and assisting business affairs, clinical operations, and crisis and marketing staff.

The Clinical Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act". This position has unrestricted access to patient health information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct all locations affairs in accordance with established Bradford policies and practices.
  • Carry out all policies established by corporate directives.
  • Select, employ, manage, and discharge all employees and maintain personnel policies of the facility.
  • Responsible for annual location marketing and financial budget plans.
  • Keep all physical properties in good repair and operating condition.
  • Supervise all business affairs and ensure that the results of operations are in line with the budget.
  • Coordinate with the crisis coordinator and clinical staff to establish and maintain effective communication between referral sources and the facility.
  • Work with the clinical staff and all others rendering professional services to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Responsible for location compliance with all Bradford Health Services policy and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a cooperative manner with coworkers, clients, managers, prospective clients.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness as to perform job safely.
  • Carries out individual marketing and public relations activities as needed.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must have valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Must be able to see at 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aide accepted).
  • Must be able to continuously sit for 6 hours of an 8-hour shift.
  • Must be emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful situations.
  • If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence.
