Job Title: Clinical Director

Bradford Health Services, a leading provider of substance use disorder treatment, is seeking an experienced clinical leader to support our expanding outpatient program in South Mississippi.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and control the overall functions of the outpatient and outreach location in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication between referral sources and the facility.
  • Supervise and assist business affairs, clinical operations, crisis, and marketing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all Bradford Health Services policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to promote the outpatient program.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to see at 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aid accepted).
  • Ability to continuously sit for 6 hours of an 8-hour shift.
  • Emotional and physical ability to function under stressful situations.

This position has unrestricted access to patient health information. The successful candidate will be required to abide by the general provisions of 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR.
