Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint, as well as CRM databases and POS platforms.
