**Job Summary**We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician III to provide support services to individuals with developmental disabilities at the Kiley Developmental Center. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a nurturing home environment that respects privacy and autonomy. Your responsibilities will include conducting individual and group programs, verifying individual safety and protection, teaching and directing individuals in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and serving in an advanced worker capacity.

**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct individual and group programs* Verify individual safety and protection through monitoring and supervision* Teach and direct individuals in maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment* Serve in an advanced worker capacity and assist lower-level staff with complex problems* Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping functions* Attend scheduled training as indicated by the Department of Human Services, the center, and the resident unit* Perform other duties as assigned or required* Utilize office equipment, including personal computers, and travel as needed* Pass the IDHS background check and a drug screen for drugs prohibited from recreational use under Illinois Law
