Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Kaspers Orthodontics. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and filing insurance claims. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our dental team.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information to patients and their families
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Filing insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when handling patient records and confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Benefits:
