Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician III

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician III to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Behavioral Health Technician III, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic interventions and support to clients in our Child/Adolescent Inpatient program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individual treatment plans for clients in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of all therapeutic activities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Assist with medication administration and recording as directed.
  • Communicate client progress and participate in weekly treatment team planning.
  • Collaborate with other staff to provide input into treatment plans for individual clients.
  • Provide transportation to and from the program for clients who meet requirements and are in need of transportation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, such as social work, psychology, nursing, or rehabilitation therapy.
  • 1 year of experience in behavioral health or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
