About the Role:

The Branch Client Service Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading a Client Service team that delivers high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients within a Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Client Service team to achieve business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects.
  • Manage people, business processes, and an assigned group of accounts.
  • Report directly into the Branch Client Service Director with a strong dotted-line reporting relationship to the Branch Manager to ensure goals and objectives support the Branch strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements.
  • Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
  • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
