Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Ambassador to join our team at BHOM Student Living. As a Community Ambassador, you will serve as a liaison between current residents and the management team, establishing relationships with prospective residents and the community. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a vibrant community atmosphere, increasing resident satisfaction and retention within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community enrichment programs, area meetings, and events that support our living-learning environment.
  • Participate in marketing and leasing efforts to meet weekly and monthly leasing goals.
  • Cover rotating office shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Represent BHOM Student Living in a professional and courteous manner, serving as a role model for residents.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out periods, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.

Requirements
  • State leasing license or ability to obtain required license(s) within the timeframe mandated by state law.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and strong computer technology skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present thoughts and ideas clearly.
  • Strong ability to plan and organize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Work Environment

The Community Ambassador will work in a professional office environment, with occasional outdoor activities. The position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods, move about the office, and communicate effectively with others.
