About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Trustmark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to high-volume inbound client requests and inquiries via phone, providing information, processing basic customer profile changes, and directing requests to other functional business teams.
  • Provide alternatives and options during phone calls, demonstrating the ability to gather information and make appropriate decisions focusing on first-call resolution.
  • Identify problems and relevant issues in semi-routine situations, assessing using standard procedures.
  • Determine root cause and resolve client issues, communicating with internal departments as necessary.
  • Enter semi-routine client updates into the appropriate system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
