Water Safety Attendant

Position SummaryAs a Lifeguard at Wild Bear Falls Water Park, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. You will be trained to respond effectively to emergencies and uphold all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain vigilant surveillance of guests in the assigned aquatic area.
- Provide emergency care and contact medical services when necessary.
- Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly.
- Document and maintain activity reports.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Support team members with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications- Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED from the American Red Cross.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A keen ability to identify unsafe conditions and respond appropriately.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
