Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring that all personnel have the necessary access and permissions.
  • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, phones, peripherals, and networks.
  • System Planning and Response: Plan and respond to system outages and other technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to computer users and assistants, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to use the systems effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a related field. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Skills and Certifications: Experience working in a Linux environment, Systems Administrator role, virtualized environment, and basic network troubleshooting. Security+ certification required.
  • Clearance and Travel: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Travel required 100% of the time.
