Household Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the household, including supervising maintenance and repairs.

  • Engage and coordinate vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to set up for events.
  • Organize and manage household inventories, such as supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain proper records of purchases, arrangements, documents, and petty cash.

Personal Scheduling and Calendar Management:

  • Manage and update calendars for directors, scheduling personal appointments, social events, and family activities.
  • Assist in making reservations or appointments.

Errands and Logistics:

  • Run personal errands, including grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and handling other household needs.
  • Coordinate and manage home deliveries, including groceries, packages, and other items.

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange and manage all aspects of personal and family travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant experience in personal or executive assistant roles is a plus.
