- Develop and Implement Curriculums: Create engaging curriculums for youth programs, promoting the development of essential skills and knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools: Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Empathy and Counseling Abilities: Display empathy and counseling abilities, providing support and guidance to clients as needed.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Master's Degree in Orientation & Mobility or Equivalent: Possess a Master's degree in Orientation & Mobility or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- ACVREP Certification: Hold ACVREP certification, or be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
- NYS Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.
