Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Mobile Healthcare Partners Inc. As a Medical Assistant - Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Relay messages between providers, patients, and other medical facilities
Obtain authorizations for medical testing and procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with management, customers, and co-workers
Perform medical clerical duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
Assist with telemedicine visits and annual wellness visits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Associate's degree in a medical field or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in a medical office setting
Proficient in MEDENT or similar EMR software
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
HIPAA and medical terminology knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
