About the Role

At Ruhrpumpen, we're seeking a highly skilled Aftermarket Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving incremental aftermarket business growth in the US by identifying new spare parts and services opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer uptime by developing parts and price lists with customers, confirming installation lists, and providing input to define and develop strategic offerings.
  • Review products and price lists to proactively meet customer needs and win back customers from historical installation lists.
  • Provide marketing/sales with a complete existing installation list from the customer and recommend spare parts based on pump requirements.
  • Support the development of sales business efforts, travel with Sales Teams regularly to support their efforts to develop and sell parts.
  • Develop and maintain active relationships with key buying influences at all levels within the customer's organization.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Previous business experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong skills to build relationships.
  • MS Office Products.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel within US up to 50% of the time.
