Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Rochester Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the billing department and ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of billing processes and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the billing department, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead, train, and mentor billing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on billing performance and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance management.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
