Financial Operations Manager

Rochester Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the billing department and ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of billing processes and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the billing department, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor billing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports for management on billing performance and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance management.
- Strong understanding of billing systems and software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
