About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Woody Anderson Ford. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our used vehicle lot, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when visiting our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the used vehicle lot, including moving cars as directed by management and adhering to dealership display standards.
  • Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc., as needed.
  • Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to customers as directed by management.
  • Start vehicles daily and report any problems or concerns.
  • Pick up parts from the parts department.
  • Perform light maintenance on vehicles as needed, including replacing windshield wiper blades, repairing or changing tires, and replenishing fluids.
  • Keep vehicles fueled.
  • Ensure that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
  • One year of experience as an automotive helper.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
  • Able to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens.
