Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our merchandise while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Compensation:
During the initial training period of two weeks, you will receive a pay rate of $15 per hour. Following this training, your compensation will shift to a commission-based structure, with earnings based on your sales performance. There is no cap on your potential earnings.

Work Schedule:
Availability to work weekends is required. This position is full-time, with expected hours of no less than 40 per week.
